What is for sale
Affiliate relationships, through the network this site publishes with. If a reader signs up with a provider through a link here and that provider pays a commission, we are paid. That is the whole commercial model.

What is not for sale
- A grade. Sub-scores are read from what a provider publishes and the weights are public. There is no price for a higher one.
- Order within a group. On every board and in the list of every seller, partners are listed first and marked “Partner”; that is the one thing the relationship changes about order. Within each group the rows are listed alphabetically by provider name, and no arrangement moves a seller inside it.
- Advance sight of a grade. No provider is shown its grade before publication, and no provider gets a right of reply built into the score.
- Removal. A provider cannot buy its way off a board, and declining a commercial relationship does not remove a row or soften its verdict.
- Editorial copy. No sponsored posts, no guest posts, no paid links inside article text, no reviews written or approved by the company being reviewed.
If a factual error is the problem
Providers most often write about a price or a disclosure that has changed. That is a correction, not an advertising conversation, and it is free: we go back to your own published page and, if what we printed was wrong, fix it and log it on the corrections page. A supplied figure is treated as a lead to re-read the page, not as a price to publish.
How disclosure works if we do work together
Every link we may be paid for is marked beside the link, every time it appears — not once at the bottom of a page. On the boards and in the list of every seller, the partner’s row or card carries a “Partner” badge; on the partner’s own review page and on the offer card, the sentence directly beneath the button says we may be paid. That disclosure identifies our commercial relationship; the disclosure page states the standing position in plain terms. There is no arrangement available that involves not saying so.
