1. Acceptance
By accessing or using glp1graded.com (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Service
The Services publish graded rankings of GLP-1 telehealth providers, together with the sub-scores and weights each grade was built from. The Services are informational. They do not sell, prescribe, dispense or arrange the supply of any medication, and they are not a pharmacy, a telehealth provider or a healthcare practice.
3. Not Medical Advice
Nothing on the Services is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here creates a clinician–patient relationship. The Services are not written or reviewed by a licensed clinician and claim no clinical review process. Decisions about GLP-1 medications, dosing, or whether to begin or stop treatment belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history. See the medical disclaimer. If you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services: no unlawful use, no attempt to interfere with or circumvent the operation or security of the site, no automated scraping that degrades the Services, and no republication of the graded tables in a way that misstates the grade, the sub-scores, the weights or the date they were read.
5. Intellectual Property
The text, the grading rubric, the sub-scores and the arrangement of the graded tables are the property of the operator of the Services. You may quote and cite them with attribution, including the edition date. You may not reproduce the site wholesale or present its grades as your own.
6. Affiliate Links and Advertising
Some links on the Services are paid: if you sign up with certain providers through a link here, the operator may be compensated. Every such link is marked as paid at the link itself, each time it appears. Payment does not influence a grade; the sub-scores and the weighted total are computed from the published rubric, and the comparator that orders the boards is not given the commercial flag. Where placement anywhere on the Services is commercially influenced, the disclosure page names the surface and counts it, computed from the underlying data.
7. Third-Party Links and Providers
The Services link to third-party websites and providers. The operator does not control them, does not endorse them by linking to them, and is not responsible for their content, their pricing, their clinical practices, their privacy practices or their fulfilment. Any transaction you enter into with a provider is between you and that provider. Prices and terms shown here were read on the date printed beside them and may have changed since.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Grades are opinions formed by applying a published rubric to published information; they are not statements of fact about a provider’s clinical quality or safety.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or health outcomes, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your reliance on anything published here.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Services from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction thereof.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the pages they reference, are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; the operator may.
