The medication prices are advertised as the same at every dose. Membership has a 21-day trial; medication is paid during the trial. Annual totals above assume twelve monthly medication charges and one membership fee, not an upfront annual medication order.
The terms reserve an unspecified prescription-transmission technology fee. Confirm any such charge, tax and the total at checkout before treating the annual calculation as your final bill.

Care and delivery
Membership includes unlimited doctor messaging, quarterly check-ins, nutrition resources and live group dietitian Q&As. Collective advertises clinician review usually within one or two days, followed by two-day express cold shipping. That shipping estimate is not a promise of delivery two days after enrollment.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel online before the 21-day trial ends to avoid the annual membership charge. Afterward, membership renews annually unless canceled before the next period. Access continues through the paid period; membership fees generally are not refundable and unused months are not prorated, subject to applicable law or an express purchase-time exception.
The homepage promises a refund if the clinician declines treatment; the terms say prescription orders are not charged without approval. General returns and refunds are restricted. Ask how a pending medication order is handled separately from membership cancellation.

Availability and pharmacy
Collective lists service in 44 states, excluding Alabama, California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi and Washington. Eligibility still depends on the clinical evaluation. It does not bill insurance; HSA/FSA reimbursement depends on your administrator.
The inspected pages describe licensed US pharmacy partners but do not identify your dispensing pharmacy. Ask for its name before proceeding. Collective is the platform; independent medical providers deliver care.
