Kova advertises upfront or monthly payment options. Monthly installments do not necessarily make a longer plan a month-to-month subscription. Confirm any remaining term obligation and renewal price before purchasing. An all-dose price guarantee was not stated on the inspected pages.
Medication, consultations, delivery, ongoing support and app access are described as included. Required laboratory work costs extra. Confirm any taxes or other disclosed charges and the exact product and supply quantity in your quote.

Care and delivery
Kova uses Telegra's provider network. The patient portal supports clinician messages, refill requests, delivery tracking and records; the app adds reminders and symptom tracking. Kova advertises 24/7 support, but the inspected pages do not promise a clinician response time or a delivery deadline. Approval is required before charging for treatment.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel through your account or support before the renewal deadline disclosed with your purchase. Kova says access to clinical care, upcoming refills and the app ends after the paid period. Confirm whether a longer plan paid in installments leaves any remaining balance.
Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges. The terms allow different refund treatment for platform access, clinical services, medication and fulfillment. Completed consultations, dispensed products and certain initiated third-party services may be nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and the terms shown at purchase.

Availability and pharmacy
Kova advertises care and support in all 50 states, while qualifying medication and service availability by state, clinician and pharmacy. This is not a guarantee that every product is available in your state. Its terms describe cash-pay service rather than insurance billing.
The homepage names E-RxHub, Absolute Pharmacy, Southend Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy and Boudreaux's within its pharmacy coverage. These are potential partners, not confirmation of the pharmacy assigned to you or an independent license check. Ask which location will dispense your prescription.
