Levity: service closed
Levity says its service is closing permanently and has accepted no new or repeat subscription orders since September 2026.

What former patients need to know
According to Levity, all subscriptions have already been canceled, so patients do not need to cancel again. Contact Levity’s support team with questions about a previous subscription, treatment or medical records.
The notice describes an optional transfer of treatment history to its sister company, ZipHealth. That requires a separate order and clinical review; the old subscription does not transfer automatically.
Discuss ongoing treatment and any interruption with a licensed clinician. A previous prescription does not guarantee that another service will prescribe the same medication or dose.
