This figure is not a medication price at all — it is the recurring ElitePhysiqMD membership fee, so there is no dose for it to have. No mg appears in any window of this page unit either: the capture header flags 2.4mg as visible somewhere on the page but it is not present in the wide window or any page-level window here, and 22mg is DOM-only. The semaglutide itself is priced separately at $199.00, or $179.10 per refill on the membership.
