Pricing may vary based on prescribed medication, dosage, and individual treatment needs.' — which ties the figure to 'the starting dose' in words but never publishes what that strength is, and simultaneously says the price rises with dosage. So $149/mo is a starting-dose floor with no dose published: no mg exists in the evidence at all.
